Terms of Service

As the client, you are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to your yard on scheduled service days.

If we are unable to complete a scheduled cleanup because gates are locked, pets cannot be safely secured, access is restricted, or unsafe conditions exist, the scheduled visit may still be billed.

Customers agree to promptly notify Squeaky Clean Yard LLC of any changes affecting service, including changes to the number of pets, service address, gate codes, or other access instructions.

Severe weather or unsafe working conditions may require us to postpone scheduled service.

If weather prevents a scheduled cleanup, we will return and complete the service as soon as reasonably possible.

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for an extended period due to vacation, boarding, illness, or other circumstances, please notify us in advance if you wish to temporarily pause recurring service.

While we exercise reasonable care during every visit, Squeaky Clean Yard LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, hidden hazards, damaged irrigation systems, landscaping issues, unsecured gates, or injuries resulting from unsafe property conditions beyond our control.

Service pricing, promotions, discounts, and service offerings may change from time to time.

Recurring customers will receive reasonable advance notice whenever pricing changes affect their existing service.

Payment is due according to the payment terms provided during booking.

Past due balances may be subject to late fees or collection efforts as permitted by applicable law.

Either party may cancel recurring service at any time.

Whenever possible, customers should provide advance notice prior to cancellation or service suspension.

SMS Marketing Communications

If you voluntarily opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online quote request process, Squeaky Clean Yard LLC may send you marketing and promotional text messages regarding our services.

Marketing messages may include:

• Special offers
• Discounts
• Seasonal promotions
• Company announcements
• Promotions related to our pet waste removal services

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Any information sharing described elsewhere in our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service specifically excludes SMS opt-in data and consent records.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered text messages.
